• Building of vessel, heat exchangers, columns and other apparatus.
• Construction and calculation according to AD2000-data sheet and associated rules, inspection by buyer and TÜV.
• Construction with modern CAD- systems acc. to your specification (at this time Autocad 2010, SolidWorks 2017)
• Possible dimensions up to Ø 3000 mm and part weight to 16000 kg wall thickness up to 20 mm at stainless steel and C- steel.
• Treatment tests acc. to AD2000-HP- series for niro-steel, duplex-steel (1.4462), C-steel and nickel steel (e.g. Hastelloy B-2, C-276, Alloy 59 etc.) are available.
• We are an authorized welding company acc. to AD2000-HP0.
• Internal manufacturing checks with monitoring of the final assessment (Module A2) according to directive 2014/68/EU.
• Certified company qualification to §19 water resources law.
• Quality management general agreement with InfraServ Höchst GmbH & Co. KG.

Modern methods of test guarantee the quality of our products for your and our safety:

• X-ray check of welding seams
• X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) of material
• Ultrasonic check
• Measuring of wall thickness and thickness of layer (e.g. painting)
• Measuring of roughness
